Sam Clayman, Jake Mayer, Guy Waterhouse and Jack Roberts will join the Princeton men's golf team from the Class of 2021.
Men's Golf Team Adds Four from the Class of 2021

Four members of the Princeton Class of 2021 will compete with the Tiger men's golf team, Will Green, the J. Stuart Francis '74 head coach of Princeton men's golf, has announced.
Sam Clayman, Dallas, Texas/St. Mark's
At St. Mark's -- Earned all-conference honors three times during his career … earned team MVP honors all four years at St. Mark's, the first player in school history to do so in any sport … two-year team captain … graduated holding the school's single-season scoring average mark of 71.71 … won the AJGA qualifier for the 2015 Aaron's/Bob Estes Abilene Junior … finished third at the 2017 Southwest Prep Conference tournament … posted the tournament's low round of 65 at the 2016 Byron Nelson junior event on the way to a seventh-place tie … also posted top-10 finishes at the 2016 AJGA Philadelphia junior (tied sixth) and the 2017 Byron Nelson junior (tied fifth) … earned a place on the 2016 TransAmerica/AJGA Scholastic Honor Roll.
Jake Mayer, Scotch Plains, N.J./Pingry
At Pingry -- Won the 2015, 2016 and 2017 Somerset County title and helped Pingry to the 2017 team title … won Somerset Courier News Golfer of the Year honors … won the NJSIAA Non-Public B title in 2016 and 2017 … won the 2017 Skyland Conference title … won the 100th Metropolitan Golf Association Junior Championship … won the NJSGA Billy Y. Deal junior championship in 2015 … finished runner-up at the 2017 NJ Junior championships … earned Somerset County Scholar Athlete honors and Pingry's economics prize.
Jack Roberts, Wellesley, Mass./Nobles & Greenough
At Nobles & Greenough -- Placed fifth at the Future Collegians World Tour Open at Red Tail GC in 2016 and tied for sixth at the event in 2017 …  took second in the Massachusetts Junior championships in 2016 … had a record of 60-9-5 while at Nobles & Greenough, including 15-1 as a senior … earned four all-league honors and was a two-time league MVP … set the course record twice at Wianno Golf Club, shooting 64 in 2015 and 63 in 2016 … career low in a tournament is 66.
Guy Waterhouse, Johannesburg, South Africa/Hilton College
At Hilton College -- Tied for third at the 2015 Nomads South Africa U17 Championship, shooting a 66 on the final day … won the 2014 PGA Middle Atlantic Section boys title while attending Woodberry Forest Academy in Virginia … took fourth at the U12 South African Championships with a tournament-low 72 on the final day … won the Central Gauteng Golf Union events at Royal Johannesburg and Kensington with a 68 and 70, at Ruimsig with two 70s, and at Johannesburg CC with a single-round 70, all in 2015 … won two more CGGU events in the summer of 2016 … won his school's stroke play title and claimed the John Andrew Memorial Trophy for the school's Golfer of the Year in 2015 … selected to represent Central Gauteng in South African U19 championships in 2015 … part of the winning team for the South African Junior Interclub Championships in 2016 … and served as captain of Hilton's team in 2016 and the school's Douglas Cup team that year.
