En Garde! Fencing Teams Set to Begin 2018-19 Season Sunday at Ohio State

A challenging slate will await the Princeton fencing teams when they visit the Ohio State Duals to open the 2018-19 season Sunday in Columbus, Ohio.
Princeton, which was ranked seventh in the final CollegeFencing360.com men's poll and sixth in the women's poll, will face three fellow top-10 men's teams and four fellow top-10 women's teams.
Princeton returns six of the nine fencers it sent to the NCAA Championships last winter, including épées junior Kasia Nixon, sophomore Tatijana Stewart and senior Wesley Johnson, foils junior Samuel Barmann and sophomore Julian Knodt, and sophomore saber Daniel Kwak. Nixon, Stewart and Barmann were all All-America honorees, and Nixon won the NCAA épée title last year.
