Swimming & Diving Teams Head To Ithaca For Ivy League Opener vs. Cornell, Penn

One week after the Big Al Invitational, the Princeton men's and women's swimming & diving teams will head to Ithaca, N.Y., this weekend to open their Ivy League seasons in a tri-meet against both Cornell and Penn.
Competition will begin with diving Friday night at Teagle Pool. The Princeton women will swim first on Saturday at 11 am, while the Princeton men will open their competition at 3 pm. There is no live video for the tri-meet.
The Princeton women had several impressive performances at the Big Al last weekend, including Top-5 finishes from tri-captains Joanna Curry and Izzy Reis, as well as junior diver Natasha MacManus. Jenny Ma and Courtney Tseng were among the individual Princeton winners in this tri-meet last season, when the Tigers defeated both Penn and Cornell in Philadelphia.
The Tiger men won the Big Al Invitational last weekend, which included wins by Cole Buese and Christian Feiler against a field that included Northwestern, Penn State and Duke. Colton Young opened the 2017 tri-meet against Penn and Cornell with a diving sweep, while Corey Lau was among the individual swimming victors in Philadelphia.
