Littlefield Selected As Ivy Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Carlie Littlefield was selected as the Ivy League Player of the Week after her performance at the Cancun Challenge.

Littlefield opened the Challenge with 16 points and six rebounds against No. 16 DePaul. She followed that with 11 points vs. No. 15 Syracuse. The sophomore wrapped up the tournament, matching her personal best with 22 points, adding seven rebounds and four assists. She shot 47.1 percent from beyond the arc in the three games and totaled 4.7 rebounds per game. Littlefield would later be named to the All-Tournament Team.

This is Littlefield's sixth Ivy weekly award. Last season, she earned four Rookie of the Week accolades and was selected as Player of the Week once. Princeton takes on Villanova on Wednesday (Nov. 28). Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
