Three consecutive tournaments in Florida will open the spring schedule for the Princeton men's golf team, with events hosted by Florida, Florida State and George Mason as the first three spots on the docket for the Tigers in February and March.
Princeton will open at the Florida Gator Invitational Feb. 16-17 before returning to Florida the following weekend for the Florida State Seminole Invitational. In mid-March, the Tigers will head back to the Sunshine State for George Mason's Mission Inn Spring Spectacular Mar. 16-17, which will welcome the Tigers for the second consecutive year.
After that, the team will host the annual Princeton Invitational April 8-9 at Springdale Golf Club before the Ivy League Championship is held April 19-21 at a location to be determined.
Princeton competed in five events in the fall, hosted by Duke, Dartmouth, Yale and Georgetown, as well as a match-play event against Harvard and Yale. Junior Evan Quinn closed the fall by winning medalist honors at the Georgetown Invite, and he led Princeton in three of the four stroke-play events after sophomore Sam Clayman led the team at the season-opening Duke event.
