Littlefield Earns Ivy Co-Player and Rookie of the Week Honors

PRINCETON, N.J. – Carlie Littlefield was selected as Ivy League Co-Player and Rookie of the Week, the conference announced today.

It's the first time that the freshman has been honored with a Player of the Week accolade and fourth time she's been named Rookie of the Week. Yale's Jen Berkowitz was picked as the other Co-Player.

The freshman point guard had a banner weekend vs. Harvard and Dartmouth. She went 11-of-19 (57.8 percent) from the floor including 7-of-12 (58.3 percent) from deep. She averaged 17.5 points in the two games, including a season-best 18 points vs. Harvard in just 24 minutes.

Littlefield ended Penn's Eleah Parker's run of four consecutive Rookie of the Week awards. The Tigers and Quakers, both sitting at 6-1 in the Ivy League, face off at Jadwin Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. The game can be seen on NBC Sports Philadelphia + and will be streamed on the Ivy League Network.
