Benson Named NWPC Rookie of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Wyatt Benson was selected as the Northeast Water Polo Conference Rookie of the Week.
Benson had a season-best five tallies against Santa Clara on Friday before producing goals against Cal Baptist and Air Force. He also drew four ejections against Air Force in the win. For the season, the freshman is tied for second on the squad with 11 goals and has the second most drawn ejections with 14.
The Tigers will get back in action on Sept. 19 at DeNunzio Pool against Wagner (Sept. 19).
