Dietrick '15 Signs With Lointek Gernika

PRINCETON, N.J. – Blake Dietrick's 2018 season will continue as she has signed a professional contract with Lointek Gernika of the Liga Femenina League in Spain.

Dietrick recently wrapped her first full season in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA) with the Atlanta Dream. In 26 games, she averaged 1.4 points in 7.2 minutes per game while shooting 39.1 percent from deep. The Dream reached the Eastern Conference finals, losing to the Washington Mystics in five games.

She also spent time with AO Dafni Agioy Dimitriou of Greece during 2017-18, securing 18.5 points, 5.4 assists, 5.3 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game along with a 51.8 percent shooting percentage in 21 games.

In 2016, Dietrick became the first Princeton player to make a WNBA opening night roster with the Seattle Storm. Later that season, she saw time with the Bendigo Spirit of the Australian Women's National Basketball League. The year following her graduation in 2015, she played for Cestistica Orvieto of the Italy-Series-A1.
