Dietrick Continuing Impressive Year With Lointek Gernika

PRINCETON, N.J. – Blake Dietrick '15 is having a successful international season for Lointek Gernika.

Dietrick recently helped Lointex Gernika in the 2018 EuroCup as the team just missed on the Round of 16 by three points. In six EuroCup games, the 2015 Ivy League Player of the Year posted 14.7 points, 4.0 assists and 3.7 rebounds per game while shooting 41.2 percent from deep.

Currently, Lointex Gernika is 11-3, good for third place in the Liga Femenina de Baloncesto. The team has won two straight contests and began the season with an eight-game winning streak. Dietrick has scored at least 10 points in 10 of 14 games this season and has three 20+ point outings.

The former Tiger dropped in 19 points, six assists and five rebounds in a 76-71 victory over Sant Adria (Jan. 4), leading Eurobasket.com to name her the Interperformance Player of the Week for her performance. Dietrick has contributed 13.2 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 1.4 steals in 14 regular season games for Lointex Gernika.
