The run through the ITA All-American Championships main doubles draw for 15th-ranked Payton Holden and Ryan Seggerman included a pair of wins over fellow ITA-ranked teams, both in the top 40, but it was an unseeded qualifier's run through the draw that will keep on going.
UCF's Gabriel Decamps and Juan Pablo Mazzuchi had to win three times and defeat two ITA-ranked teams just to get through the qualifying draw, and now in the main draw, Decamps and Mazzuchi have won three times, all against top-20 teams and including the nation's No. 2-ranked team out of Texas Tech, to set up a Saturday semifinal match against 18th-ranked Dominik Kellovsky and Matej Vocel of Oklahoma State.
The Tigers' next competition is set to begin Thursday at Penn for the ITA Northeast Regional.
