November 11, 2019 | Men's Cross Country, Women's Cross Country
The NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional is set for Friday at Lehigh's Goodman Course, with the women starting at 11 a.m. and the men starting at noon.
Live results will be available here, and FloTrack will be covering the event here.
The top two teams at each of the nine regional races will advance, as will 13 at-large teams selected by the NCAA committee. The top four runners not on one of the advancing teams will get an individual bid to the NCAAs, as will two at-large selections nationally. Selections for the NCAA Championships, to be held Nov. 23 at Indiana State, will be held Saturday at 5 p.m. on NCAA.com.
The Tiger men are two-time defending champs, while the women were runners-up last year and were last champs in 2008. Donn Cabral '12 was Princeton's last individual men's winner, in 2011, and Cack Ferrell '06, in 2005, was Princeton's last individual women's winner.
