Princeton Has Five Named To NWPC All-Tournament Teams

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 19 Princeton Tigers had five members named to the Northeast Water Polo Conference (NWPC) All-Tournament teams, the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) announced.
Joan Coloma and Wyatt Benson were named to the NWPC All-Tournament First Team while Yurian Quinones and Antonio Knez earned second team accolades. Pierce Maloney collected honorable mention honors.
Coloma produced seven points, four goals and three assists, vs. No. 19 Brown in the NWPC Semifinals on Saturday. He later drew an ejection against No. 9 Harvard in the NWPC Championship. Benson had three goals in the Tigers' two games, but also drew six ejections and added two blocks.
Quinones put up three goals, an assist, three blocks and a steal as the Tigers reached the NWPC title meeting. Knez dropped in nine saves vs. No. 19 Brown. Maloney supported Princeton with two goals, a helper and three steals as the Tigers went 1-1 at the tournament.
