EYE ON THE TIGERS
Princeton can finish between 9-11 in the ECAC as they head into the final weekend with a 6-12-2 conference record and are 8-16-3 overall. Four seniors pace the offense with All-American Ryan Kuffner leading the way with 39 points in 20 goals and 19 assists. All-American Max Véronneau has 32 points on a team-high 23 assists and nine goals. Linemate Alex Riche has 21 points, while Josh Teves and junior Jackson Cressey chip in 19 each. Sophomore Ryan Ferland has made 23 starts in goal and has a .904 save percentage and a 3.07 goals against average. Both senior Austin Shaw and freshman Jeremie Forget both saw playing time last weekend.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
Yale has clinched home ice for the playoffs and can finish anywhere between 2-7 in the ECAC. The team is 13-11-3 overall and 11-8-1 in the league. The team was scoreless in its last two games, losses at Dartmouth and Harvard, a week after sweeping Colgate and Cornell. Senior Joe Snively leads the offense with 30 points on 13 goals and 17 assists. Junior Robbie DeMontis has 18 points, sophomore Kevin O'Neil has 15 and freshman Justin Pearson has 14. Yale has been splitting weekend goaltending duties between senior Sam Tucker and junior Corbin Kaczperski. Tucker has a .921 save percentage and a 2.39 GAA while Kaczperski has a .907 with a 2.54 GAA.
THE PRINCETON/YALE SERIES
Princeton won the first meeting of the season, a 4-1 game at Hobey Baker Rink on Feb. 9. All-time Yale holds a 147-107-11 edge in the all-time series - which began in 1901. Ryan Kuffner has six points in his seven games against the Bulldogs with two goals in the last meeting, while Ryan Ferland is 1-1. Sam Tucker made 28 saves in the losing effort in the last meeting.
SCOUTING THE BEARS
Brown enters the weekend at 11-11-5 and 8-7-5 in the ECAC. The team can finish anywhere between 5-9 in the league and can clinch home ice with one point. Senior Tommy Marchin sits atop the scoring column with 21 points on eight goals and 13 assists. Freshman Tristan Crozier has four goals and 13 assists for 17 points, and sophomore Chris Berger and junior defenseman Zach Giuttari each have 15 points. Luke Kania has started in goal in the last seven games for the Bears and has played in 13 total games. He has a .912 save percentage and a 2.45 GAA.
THE PRINCETON/BROWN SERIES
Brown snapped a three-game Princeton win streak in the series with a 4-2 game on Feb. 8 at Hobey Baker Rink. The Bears are 88-71-11 in the all-time series. Max Véronneau has 14 points and a +8 in nine games against Brown, while Ryan Kuffner has 13 points in nine games and a +7. Ryan Ferland is 3-2 with a .924 save percentage and a 2.56 GAA.
