Women's Tennis Team to Open Ivy Season Saturday at Penn

The Ivy League season is set to begin Saturday for the 38th-ranked Princeton women's tennis team at Penn with a 1 p.m. start.
Now 11-4, Princeton enters the Ivy season after a home sweep last weekend against 42nd-ranked Rice and William & Mary.
Grace Joyce leads the team in singles in duals at 12-2, and Nathalie Rodilosso and Stephanie Schrage, 10-1 as a pair, lead the team in duals doubles wins.
Princeton has won 10 in a row against Penn since the Quakers' last win in the series in 2008, in Princeton. The match is the first of four Ivy road matches to start the league season until the Ivy home opener April 14 against Cornell.
The Quakers count Iuliia Bryzgalov as the nation's 66th-ranked singles player and Marta Kowalska and Marija Curnic as the 58th-ranked doubles team.
