Walton Leads Tigers After One Round at Ivy Championships

Maya Walton is tied for fourth after one round at the Ivy League Championships, just four strokes off the lead at The Ridge at Back Brook in Ringoes, N.J.

Walton stands at +2 with a first-round 74 Friday, with Columbia's Jennifer Wang leading at -2, Penn's Leila Dizon (E) and Mary Shin (+1) next, and Walton as one of three at +2.

Two-time defending champion Princeton is tied for fourth with Harvard at +21 with Penn in the lead at +9, one stroke in front of Columbia with Dartmouth at +19.

Tee times for Saturday's single round are set for a 12:30 p.m. start with Princeton beginning to tee off at 1:15 p.m. Sunday's first tee times for the final round set for 9 a.m.
