No. 37 Princeton to Visit Dartmouth, Harvard
April 02, 2019 | Women's Tennis
Following a win over Penn last weekend, the Princeton women's tennis team will head to Dartmouth Saturday and Harvard Sunday for a pair of 1 p.m. starts as the Ivy League season continues.
Princeton, at 12-4, is ranked 37th as a team by the ITA and has won three in a row since returning from the spring trip to Florida.
The league opened Ivy play last weekend with Princeton, Columbia, Harvard and Yale defeating their travel partners to stand at 1-0.
Dartmouth, at 3-12, will be aiming to break an eight-match skid when the Tigers come to town. Princeton has won the last two in the series, both last season, since Dartmouth's last win over the Tigers, which came in Hanover in 2017. Princeton's last win at Dartmouth came two years earlier in 2015.
Harvard, at 13-5, has won five matches in a row, and Princeton has won the last two in the series, also both in 2018 since Harvard's last win in the series in 2017 in Cambridge. Princeton last won at Harvard in 2015.
Grace Joyce leads the Tigers with a 13-5 dual-match record, and Stephanie Schrage and Nathalie Rodilosso co-lead Princeton with a 10-2 dual-match record, all as a pair.
