Alarie and Team USA Make Semifinals at FIBA 3x3 Stop In Italy

TURIN, Italy – Bella Alarie and Team USA reached the semifinals of the FIBA 3v3 Tournament Stop this weekend.

The United States went 2-1 in group play, defeating the Czech Republic (19-14) and Canada (16-15) before a loss to France (12-14). In the quarterfinals, Alarie's group took down Mongolia, 21-8, but lost in the semifinal to the host country, Italy, 16-12. France went on to win the tournament, 21-6.

Up to 12 events in this 3x3 series are expected to take place this year from May to September and will be announced throughout the season on the official website https://ws.fiba3x3.com.
