Alarie and Team USA Make Quarterfinals at FIBA 3x3 Women’s Series Stop In China

CHENDGU, China – Bella Alarie and the United States 3x3 squad fell in the quarterfinals of the FIBA 3x3 Women's Series Stop to the Netherlands this weekend.
Joined by Charli Collier (Texas), Aleah Goodman (Oregon State) and Christyn Williams (Connecticut.), Alarie's team went 1-2 in the preliminary round. The group fell to France (11-21), Australia (14-18) and defeated Mongolia (21-14). The Netherlands took down the United States in overtime, 17-14. Australia won the gold medal with a 21-15 decision over Japan.
Up to 12 events in this 3x3 series are expected to take place this year from May to September and will be announced throughout the season on the official website https://ws.fiba3x3.com.
