Princeton Summer Ball: Lewis Having Great Season For Alpharetta

PRINCETON, N.J. – Nadir Lewis is having a tremendous summer for the Alpharetta Aviators of the SunBelt Baseball League.
Lewis is currently on a seven-game hitting streak as his batting average has climbed to .346, which would be second in the league if he qualified. In 17 games, the outfielder has scored 10 times, knocked in six and stolen six bags. His OPS is at .816 as he nears a .400 on-base percentage.
Jake Boone and Sy Snedeker – Peninsula Pilots – Coastal Plain League – Boone had a modest five-game hitting streak come to an end last night. He scored three runs in a loss to Wilson on Tuesday, but had one of his best performances the night before, going 3-for-3 with three RBI in a 12-0 win over Edenton. He's hitting .290 with a .375 on-base and .443 slugging percentages in 36 games. Snedeker had two RBI and a run scored for the Pilots on Thursday and collected three hits in a contest earlier this month. The catcher has contributed a .242/.383/.379 slash line in 24 appearances.
Keith Gabrielson - Mystic Schooners – New England Collegiate Baseball League – Aside from Tuesday's outing, the month of July has been excellent for Gabrielson. The reliever went five straight games without allowing a run, four of which had gone more than an inning. In 12 appearances, Gabrielson is 1-0 with a 4.76 ERA, adding 15 strikeouts in 17 innings.
Eric Hoefer/Eric Marasheski – Southampton Breakers – Hamptons Collegiate Baseball League – Hoefer threw two scoreless innings on Wednesday. In nine games, he has struck out 10 in 14 2/3 innings. Marasheski has produced hits in three of his last four games and sits with a .381 on-base percentage in 27 games.
Connor Udell - DeLand Suns – Florida Collegiate Summer League – The Tigers' pitcher has seen action in eight game, making four starts. In 16 1/3 innings, he's punched out 13 hitters and earned two saves for the Suns.
Reece Rabin – El Diablo Rojo – Metro Summer Collegiate League – Rabin made his last start of the season on Monday, striking out four in four frames. In his previous start, the starter went the complete game and struck out 11 in a victory.
