Freshman Grace Ni was the top Tiger as the Princeton women's golf team finished third at Michigan State's Mary Fossum Invitational at the Forest Akers West Golf Course in East Lansing, Mich.

Ni finished tied for 11th at +11 while Michigan State players had six of the top seven spots, including two individuals. MSU's Paz Marfa, at +2, won medalist honors over Western Kentucky's Mary Joiner (+3) by a stroke. The Spartans defended home course, finishing at +20 to win by 22 strokes over Western Kentucky at +42. Princeton was third at +56.

The Tigers will be back on the course this weekend, hosting the Princeton Invitational Saturday and Sunday at Springdale Golf Club.
