Alarie Selected To Citizen Naismith Trophy’s Midseason Team; Named Katrina McClain Award Finalist

Citizen Naismith Trophy Story
PRINCETON, N.J. – Bella Alarie has been named to the Citizen Naismith Trophy's Midseason Team and a finalist for the Katrina McClain Award Finalist.
The senior is averaging 17.8 points per game on 50.8 percent shooting along with 8.2 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 1.9 assists per contest. She's also shooting 50.0 percent from deep this season. The two-time Ivy Player of the Year has paced the offense for a 17-1 Tigers team that is back in the national poll at No. 25 in the WBCA USA Today Coaches' Poll. Princeton is on a 13-game winning streak and sits No. 20 in the NCAA RPI.
The 10 semifinalists for the Citizen Naismith's Trophy will be announced on March 3rd, and the finalists will be revealed on March 20. The winner of the 2020 Citizen Naismith Trophy for Women's Player of the Year will be announced on April 4th.
The Katrina McClain Award Finalist list will be narrowed down to five finalists sometime in early/mid March. The winner of this award will be presented at the ESPN College Basketball Awards Show live from The Novo by Microsoft in Los Angeles, Calif., on Friday, April 10th.
New to this year's program is the Fan Voting presented by Dell Technologies. Starting on Friday, February 14, fans will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite players.
