February 29, 2020 | Men's Tennis
PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 24 Princeton University men's tennis team outlasted Old Dominion University 4-3 Saturday inside Jadwin Gymnasium.
"It was a hard-fought win over a very good ODU team today," said head coach Billy Pate. "I don't think we were quite as sharp as we could've been, but credit to to PDU for continuing to fight and push us. It was an incredibly close doubles point that could've gone either way. As it turned out we needed every point we could get. Back at it tomorrow against another tough opponent in MTSU."
Doubles
Princeton won the doubles point as Justin Barki and Damian Rodriguez overcame Francois Msitelli and Younes Lalami 6-2 at No. 2 then Bill Duo and Karl Poling prevailed 7-6 over Tomislav Podvinski and Jannik Giesse at No. 3.
