No. 18 Men' Tennis Takes Down William & Mary, NJIT

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 18 Princeton University men's tennis team made it six-consecutive victories Sunday inside Jadwin Gymnasium, first taking down the College of William & Mary 6-1 then following with a 7-0 triumph over the College of New Jersey.
"I was pleased with the way we approached the matches today and took care of the details in getting two wins," said head coach Billy Pate. "We're in a good place with our squad yet continuing to see growth and improvement each week. We'll get a few days off now for midterms and then prepare for our next segment of important matches before Ivy League play begins."
No. 18 Princeton vs. William & Mary
Princeton would take the doubles point; at the No. 3 spot, Davey Roberts and Payton Holden defeated Daniel Pellerito and Finbar Talcott 6-4. At No. 1, No. 66 Justin Barki and Thomas Bosancic outlasted George Davis and Brendon Volk, 7-6.
In singles, Damian Rodriguez earned a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 3 over Sebastian Quiros then No. 113 Karl Poling earned a 7-5, 6-0 victory at No. 1 over Joseph Brailovsky. Will Peters overcame Volk 6-2, 6-4 at No. 4 and at the No. 2 position, Barki dropped a set but defeated Talcott 6-4, 2-6, 6-4. At No. 5, Davey Roberts took down Pellerito 3-6, 7-6, 10-6.

The Tigers once again won the doubles point; Poling and Duo took down Aidar Aidossov and Samuel Townes 6-1 at No. 2 then Holden and Peters followed with a 6-2 triumph over Daniel Sabogal and Luke Dragoljic at the No. 3 position.
In singles, Will Peters earned a victory at No. 3 by retirement then Kabir Sairta defeated Ammar Fekry 6-3, 6-1 at No. 5. At the No. 4 position, Duo defeated Townes 6-4, 6-0 before Rodriguez picked up a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 2 over Josh Smith. Noah Agarwal took down Juan Bejarano 6-3, 6-2 at No. 6 and at the No. 1 position, #113 Poling overcame Tin Dizdarevic 6-4, 6-4.
