Men’s Tennis Honored as ITA All-Academic Team

TEMPE, Ariz. – The Princeton University men's tennis team was honored as an Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) All-Academic Team, as announced by the organization Monday morning.
In addition to their team honor, the Tigers had eight named as 2020 ITA Scholar-Athletes; Noah Agarwal, Justin Barki, Thomas Bosancic, Bill Duo, Payton Holden, Karl Poling, Davey Roberts and Kabir Sarita. Princeton's eight Scholar-Athletes ties Harvard for the most in the Ivy League.
Programs that were honored as an ITA All-Academic Team must have earned a GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale. ITA Scholar Athletes must have at least a 3.5 GPA for the current academic year and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
Prior to the cancelation of the 2019-20 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tigers had posted a 14-4 record and rose to No. 18 in the Oracle/ITA rankings.
