The final weekend of competition before Heps is up next for the men's cross country team as the Tigers send squads to a pair of meets ahead of the Ivy League championship meet on October 30 at West Windsor Fields. Princeton enters the weekend ranked No. 2 in the Mid-Atlantic Region in the latest USTFCCCA Regional Rankings.

Up first for the Tigers is a trip to Tallahassee and Pre-Nationals at Florida State on October 15. Princeton is one of 39 teams entered in the 8K Garnet Race set to go off at 8 a.m.

On Saturday, the Tigers will compete on their home course in the final tune-up before Heps -- also at West Windsor. The men's race at the Princeton Invitational will start at 9:45 a.m. with the women's race to follow at approximately 10:30 a.m.

The first 100 children in attendance at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday will receive a free Princeton cape from the Princeton Kids Club.
