PHILADELPHIA – With one doubles duo having advanced to the quarterfinals and two singles players to the Round of 16, the Princeton University men's tennis team wrapped up play at the 2021 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Northeast Regional Championships Sunday.

"We saw some good things during this event but we're certainly disappointed not to have anyone in the final rounds," said Head Coach Billy Pate. "I think in just about every match we fell short we had a multitude of missed opportunities and I think it simply boils down to playing a bit smarter and making high percentage decisions on pivotal points. However, we are pleased with where we are as a team and we'll look to get a few more competitive opportunities this fall."

In the singles Round of 32, senior Justin Barki took down Teodors Puske of FDU, 6-2, 6-4, and junior Thomas Bosancic overcame Columbia's Ishaan Ravichander, 6-1, 6-2.
