Kong, Tigers Sweep Titles at Delaware's Blue Hen Invite

Winning the team title for the second tournament in a row, the Princeton women's golf team bested runner-up Harvard by 11 strokes to win Delaware's Blue Hen Invitational at Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Rehoboth Beach, Del.

Princeton added the individual title and runner-up honors as well, with Tiffany Kong at +5 and Victoria Liu at +6. Karen Kim finished at +7 to give Princeton three of the top six players in the 72-player field. The tournament title was the first of the junior Kong's career.

The win closes out the fall season with top-three team finishes in all four events, coupling the Delaware event title with a win in the Princeton Invitational in the team's last event last month. Princeton has also had a player finish at least runner-up in all four events, with Liu doing so once (Nittany Lion Invitational) and Kong the other three events (William & Mary Invite, Princeton Invite).
