Chadwick Earns Fourth Canadian Junior Squash Title

Princeton rookie Molly Chadwick held the top seed in the Canadian junior squash championships that wrapped up on Oct. 24 in North York, Ont., winning her fourth national junior squash title.
Chadwick earned a first-round bye before defeating Maya Mansoor 11-0, 11-4, 11-3 in the quarters, rallying to defeat Niki Sherimani 8-11, 11-5, 11-9, 11-7 in the semis, and winning the title in four games against Iman Shaheen 12-10, 7-11, 11-2, 11-7.
Chadwick holds the top ranking among U-19 juniors in Canada and second among junior girls in the country. Among all women's players, Chadwick holds a No. 15 ranking, and is 35th in the world among juniors.
Chadwick and the Tigers will open the season on Nov. 13 at Brown for a doubleheader against Brown and Mount Holyoke, and the team's home opener is set for Nov. 20 against Virginia.
