December 10, 2021 | Men's Soccer
A perfect cap to the captain's career.
Senior Kevin O'Toole added "All-American" to his already extensive list of accolades with his selection as a third-team United Soccer Coaches Division I All-American.
The lone Ivy Leaguer named an All-American this season, O'Toole is the 33rd All-America selection in Princeton Men's Soccer history and first since Antoine Hoppenot was named a second-team All-American in 2010.
A two-time Ivy League Offensive Player of the Year, three-time United Soccer All-Region selection, and three-time first-team All-Ivy honoree, O'Toole posted seven goals and nine assists for 23 points as Princeton played its way to an Ivy League championship with just the second 7-0-0 Ivy season in program history. His nine assists this season are tied for No. 3 all-time in a season by a Tiger.
He was at his best when the games mattered most, tallying an Ivy-best six goals, six assists and 18 points during conference play.
Around the nation, O'Toole ranked No. 17 in total assists and No. 20 in assists-per-game (0.5).
For his career, O'Toole racked up 15 goals, 18 assists, and 48 points. His 18 assists over a career are No. 4 all-time by a Tiger.
