Ahead of Intercollegiate Competition, Softball Team to Host Intrasquad Saturday

Ahead of the program's return to intercollegiate competition, the Princeton softball team will host an intrasquad event on Saturday, April 24 at the Princeton Softball Stadium at Strubing Field.
Per Princeton University policies, spectators and media are not permitted at events hosted by Princeton.
The event will begin at 12 p.m. and will be viewable on YouTube. Click the image above to access the video stream.
Saturday's festivities will begin with recognition of Princeton's three seniors, Hannah Lutz, Mackenzie Meyer and Allie Reynolds, followed by a four-inning game with Princeton's roster split into three teams of five players each, competing in a scoring format used by Athletes Unlimited.Â
The Orange Team will include Lutz, Alexis Laudenslager, Serena Starks, Madison Hamilton and Haley Hoffman. The Gray Team has Reynolds, Lauren Murphy, Grace Jackson, Adrienne Chang and Ashley McDonald. The Black Team has Meyer, Molly Chambers, Lauren Pappert, Caitlin Bish and Cate Bade.
After Saturday's event, Princeton has two opponents scheduled, heading to Villanova for a single game on Thursday, April 29 and to Lehigh for two games on Saturday, May 1.
