Knez Picked As NWPC Defensive Player of the Week

PRINCETON – For the sixth time in his career, Antonio Knez has earned Northeast Water Polo Conference Player of the Week, the Collegiate Water Polo Association announced.
Knez was nothing short of breathtaking as he stopped 19 shots as No. 11 Princeton rallied for a two-goal third quarter deficit to take down No. 20 St. Francis Brooklyn, 11-9. For the season, the senior has a 7-2 record with 92 saves and a .514 save percentage.
Princeton heads out to California and begins a West Coast trip with UC Santa Barbara on Sunday (3 p.m. ET, 12 p.m. PT).
