An early lead for Fordham was gone in a "New York Minute" as Princeton rallied from one-down to secure a 3-2 win in the Bronx.

After Fordham scored in the 18th minute, the Tigers seemed to find a new gear as Mateo Godoy scored twice in exactly 1:00 of game play to energize the Tigers.

In the 25th minute, Godoy lined up a free kick from about 25 yards out and he laced a low ball through his teammates and inside the left post without nary a movement from Fordham's keeper.

60 seconds later, Godoy took a short pass from Nico Nee and uncorked a laser that went under the crossbar to give the Tigers a lead,

In the 38th minute. Francis Akomeah extended the lead off a Princeton corner kick. Jack Jasinski's service was banged around a bit, with Daniel Ittycheria knocking the ball over to Akomeah who sent home the insurance goal.

As a rain started to fall over Jeffrey Field, the Rams found a second goal to get within one late. A long ball was originally headed away by Ben Bograd about 30 yards from Princeton's goal, but the header went right to Ben Shepherd who looped a high floater over Khamari Hadaway who had come off his line to back up Bograd. The Rams had one final chance with just over two minutes remaining, but Hadway was there for his fourth save of the second half.

The Tigers are back in action on Sunday, taking on Brown in Providence at noon on ESPNU.
