Final Round Up Next on Tuesday at Hamptons Intercollegiate

Play was halted before the full field could complete two rounds Monday at the Hamptons Intercollegiate on Long Island. Play is set to resume Tuesday at 7:45 a.m. The final round will begin at 8:30 a.m. for those who completed two rounds on Monday.

Eighteen of the 60 players in the field still had holes to play in the second round when play was halted. Heading into Tuesday at the Maidstone Club in East Hampton, N.Y., Virginia leads the 10-team field at +4, nine strokes ahead of second-place Yale. Princeton stands eighth at +48.

Riccardo Fantinelli, competing individually and the lone Tiger still with holes to play in the second round, stands at +7 for the tournament with five holes to go in the round. Virginia's Ben James leads the chase for medalist honors at -2, one stroke in front of teammate Pietro Bovari.
