Pozaric and Temkin secure NWPC Weekly Honors

PRINCETON – Roko Pozaric and West Temkin secured Northeast Water Polo Conference weekly honors.
Pozaric earned Player of the Week accolades as the Tigers went 3-0 to start conference action. The sophomore had three helpers and four sprint wins vs. MIT before four tallies, two assists, two steals and two drawn ejections in a victory over Brown. He finished the weekend with two goals, three steals and three drawn ejections in the decision over No. 11 Harvard.
For the season, Pozaric has produced 32 goals and 16 assists along with 24 steals and 42 sprint victories.
Temkin collected as NWPC Defensive Player of the Week as he stopped seven shots vs. MIT before nine against Harvard, earning two wins. The freshman is 5-2 with .504 save percentage and 10 steals this year.
