Nicholas Lim to Compete at 2022 FINA World Championships

PRINCETON, N.J. – Nicholas Lim of the Princeton University men's swimming & diving team will represent Hong Kong at the 19th FINA World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.
The swimming events at the championships take place inside Danube Arena, and run from Saturday, June 18, until Sunday, July 3. The national record holder in the 100 and 200 butterfly, Lim will be competing in the 100 meter butterfly, the 4x100 medley relay, and the 4x100 freestyle relay.
He is coming off a strong 2021-22 season at Princeton, where he collected Second Team All-Ivy League honors in five events; the 500 freestyle, the 200, 400, and 800 freestyle relays, along with the 400 medley relay.
Lim also holds the No. 2 time in school history in the 100 butterfly, the No. 3 time in the 200 freestyle (1:34.80), the No. 4 time in the 500 freestyle (4:18.46), and the No. 8 time in the 200 butterfly.
