2: Head coach Dustin Litvak's group had two All-Americans last season in Roko Pozaric and Keller Maloney. Pozaric shined as a freshman, earning Third-Team All-America status along with Northeast Water Polo Conference Rookie of the Year and First-Team All-NWPC. Maloney was first-team all-conference as well. The two combined for 135 goals and 78 helpers during the Tigers' run to the NWPC crown in 2021.
11: Princeton is ranked No. 11 in the Collegiate Water Polo Association Preseason Varsity Poll. The Tigers' third opponent of the season, California, is ranked No. 1 and is the defending national champion.
13: Maloney is 13th all-time in program history with 144 goals. He has steadily improved his total from 35 in 2018, 42 in 2019 and 67 last season. He is already a two-time all-conference selection and is one of four captains in 2022 with Antonio Knez, Yurian Quinones and Ryan Neapole.
402: Navy head coach Luis Nicolao collected 402 victories at the helm with the Princeton men's water polo team from 1998 to 2017 (and additional 442 with the women's squad). The Tigers are 3-0 against the Midshipmen under Litvak.
430: Princeton set a program record with 430 goals last year. The Tigers return three of their top four goal scorers and 11 players who registered at least 10 tallies each.
