PRINCETON – Madison St. Rose was named the Ivy League Rookie of the Week, the league announced today.

The freshman was outstanding vs. Hartford, producing a season-best 19 points on 9-of-14 shooting, adding two rebounds and a steal. St. Rose was one of the best players on the court, scoring 15 points on 6-of-12 from the floor, contributing five rebounds as Princeton blitzed Penn to finish the week at 3-0.

St. Rose has three 15+ point performances in her last four contests. She has scored 55 points in her last four games, over 42 percent of her total for the season.

Princeton will travel to Dartmouth on Saturday with tip-off set for 2 p.m. The Tigers are fifth in the Ivy League at 3-2 overall, trailing Harvard (3-2) because of a head-to-head matchup. Columbia, Penn and Yale are 4-1 heading into the weekend.
