SHORT-HANDED SPECIALISTS
The Tigers enter the weekend ranked No. 1 in the ECAC and No. 5 in the nation with five total SHGs. Liam Gorman has two of the five shorties, also leading the ECAC and sitting No. 5 in the country. Princeton's five team short-handed goals this season are the fourth-most in a season since 2002-03, and only Andrew Calof (3; 2010-11) has had more SHGs in a season than Gorman since that 02-03 season. The Tigers are hoping to bounce back after allowing five power-play goals on nine power-plays for Colgate and Cornell last weekend -- including all three goals-against from the Big Red on Saturday night. Princeton was 6-for-6 on the PK two weeks ago against LIU.
IN THE NICK OF TIME
Nick Carabin has six points (1g, 5a) over his last 10 games after registering just three in his first 33 career games. He netted his first career goal in a 2-1 win at Colorado College (12/31) and posted three assists over two games against Harvard and Dartmouth two weeks ago.
AHEAD OF THE EXPERTS
Picked to finish 12th in the ECAC Preseason Coaches Poll, the Tigers enter this week in fifth place. Princeton's 10 wins overall this season through 21 games are more than its eight in 31 games played last season. The Tigers are one ECAC win away from equaling their seven conference wins from 2021-22, and are 6-5-0 at home this season after going 3-10-1 on home ice last season.
JACK ATTACK
Jack Cronin has struck for five PPGs -- which is No. 3 in the ECAC and is No. 20 in the country -- and is second on the team with nine goals overall. He has already blown by his two goals from the 2021-22 season, and his 14 points through 21 games this year already surpass his point total (6) from 23 games last season. His three GWGs lead the team and are No. 9 in the nation.
LEANIN' ON LIAM
Liam Gorman has found his scoring touch in his senior season. Originally a Pittsburgh Penguins draft pick, Chicago traded for his rights this past summer. He posted his first career two-point night (1g, 1a) against Colgate on 11/5 and now has five multi-point games this season. After registering just 12 points (6g, 6a) over 59 games to start his Princeton career, he has 17 points (11g, 6a) in 21 games this season. Over his last six games, he has 8 points (6g, 2a) and has goals in four of those games.
DE LA SOUL
Noah de la Durantaye had 10 points (3g, 7a) last season. This season, he has 3g, 9a -- including 10 points (3g, 7a) over his last 14 games. He spent the summer with the Vegas Golden Knights at NHL Development Camp.

He enters this week with 16 points (6g, 10a) in 20 games,and had a four-game point streak (4g, 3a) snapped at Colgate.
