Women's Tennis Opens Dual Season With Richmond

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University women's tennis team opens its dual season inside Jadwin Gymnasium on Sunday, January 15, at 12:00 p.m. against Richmond.
The Tigers, who advanced to the Round of 32 at the NCAA Tournament for the second-consecutive season in 2022, will look to win their fourth-straight Ivy League Championship in 2023. Last season, Princeton finished with a 12-11 overall record, and a 6-1 record in Ivy play.
Daria Frayman, who was runner up at the 2022 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Fall Nationals, checks in at No. 4 in the ITA singles rankings, along with No. 26 in the doubles rankings with Grace Joyce.
The match will also serve as a dual season opener for the Spiders, who compiled an 8-11 overall record and a 4-3 record in Atlantic 10 play. Richmond advanced to the quarterfinals at the 2022 Atlantic 10 Championship.
