Men's Tennis Sends Two Doubles Teams to Round of 16 at ITA Regionals

PHILADELPHIA – The Princeton University men's tennis team had a strong start to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Northeast Regional Championships Friday, sending two doubles teams through to the round of 16.

Opening play in the round of 64, the duo of Landon Ardila and Evan Wen overcame Buffalo's Cheng Tang and Yu-Shiang Hang, 8-5, and Matthew Bosancic and Filippos Astreinidis earned an 8-3 victory over Archie Graham and Rasmus Egehus of St. Bonaventure. Alan Kam was the lone Tiger to play singles and defeated LeMoyne's Alvaro Nuñez, 6-2, 6-2, to move on to the round of 64.
