No. 10 Seed Women's Basketball Heads To Utah To Battle No. 7 NC State In NCAA Tournament

PRINCETON – The No. 10 seeded Women's Basketball Team will head to Salt Lake City, Utah to take on the No. 7 seeded NC State Wolf Pack in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

The other contest in the quad is the host No. 2 Utah Utes against No. 15 Gardner-Webb Bulldogs.

Princeton clinched the Ivy League's automatic bid with a 54-48 win over the Harvard Crimson on Saturday evening. Kaitlyn Chen was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player while Ellie Mitchell was named to the All-Tournament team.

The Tigers have made 10 NCAA Tournament 10 times in program history including four straight playing seasons. Last year, Princeton made history during March Madness, taking down SEC Champion, Kentucky, in the first round.
