Women's Water Polo Earns Pair of Wins on Day Two of Aztec Invitational

San Diego , CA. — The Women's Water Polo team nabbed a pair of victories on day two of the Aztec Invitational over Westcliff & UC San Diego.

GAME 1
Princeton 18, Westcliff 3
The No. 13 Princeton women's water polo team outscored Westcliff 8-1 in the first half of Sunday's match to eventually defeat the Warriors 18-3 in a dominant Tiger win.
Jovana Sekulic was the top scoring Tiger, throwing in four goals to lead Princeton's scoring charge.
Princeton goalies Lindsey Lucas and Alexa Kourepenos both took time in the cage with Lucas tallying three saves.
Giving up just two goals in the second half of action, Princeton showed their offensive depth with nine different Tigers scoring.

The Tigers gained another solid victory over UC San Diego, defeating the Tritons 11-10.
Sekulic once again was the top scoring Tiger for the match, nabbing five goals to lead Princeton's offense.
What made for a tight contest against the Tritons, Sekulic's four goals in the first half greatly helped Princeton to keep the Tigers in the lead.
Four goals scored in the second from Jovana Sekulic, Ava Houlahan, and Kaila Carroll were enough to hold the Tigers' lead, and a final possession save from Lindsey Lucas kept Princeton on top.
