No. 56 Women's Tennis Falls to No. 11 UVA in Second Round of NCAA Tournament

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Playing in the second of the NCAA Tournament for the third-straight season, the No. 56 Princeton University women's tennis team fell to No. 11 Virginia, Saturday afternoon at the Virginia Tennis Facility.
In her first season as head coach, Jamea Jackson guided the Tigers to their 11th NCAA Tournament appearance, a 4-0 first round victory over Fordham, an outright Ivy League title and a perfect 7-0 record in Ivy play. In addition, Daria Frayman was the unanimous Ivy Player of the Year and a First Team All-Ivy honoree, along with Neha Velaga. In doubles, Frayman and Grace Joyce were named First Team All-Ivy.
