Hong & McKenna Earn Olympic Trials Cuts at TYR Pro Championships

IRVINE, Calif. – Five members of the Princeton University men's swimming & diving team recently competed at the TYR Pro Championships, a meet that saw Tyler Hong and Conor McKenna earn new Olympic Trial Cuts.
Hong earned an Olympic Trials cut in the 200 IM, touching the wall at 2:03.42. McKenna's time of 2:00.37 in the 200 butterfly also garnered an Olympic Trials cut. In addition, McKenna finished the 100 butterfly in 53.87.
Mitch Schott improved a pair of previously attained Olympic Trials cuts, posting times of 2:01.42 in the 200 IM and 1:49.43 in the 200 freestyle. Additionally, Schott swam in the 100 butterfly, finishing in 54.30. Nicholas Lim and Brett Feyerick also competed at the TYR Pro Championships
