Women's Rowing Heads To Head Of Charles This Weekend

PRINCETON – The Princeton Women's Rowing Team will have four boats racing in the prestigious Head of the Charles this weekend on Lake Charles.
The Club Eights will row on Saturday at 1:32 p.m. The Tigers will have a four boat race on Sunday at 1:10 p.m. and two eights go off at 2:25 p.m.
Since its origin in 1965, the Head of the Charles Regatta has welcomed the world's best crew teams to the banks of the Charles River for the ultimate three-day rowing competition. The event attracts over 12,000 athletes and tens of thousands of spectators.
Princeton's first varsity finished fourth at the 2024 NCAA Rowing Championships and helped the team finished fourth overall. It was the first time the Tigers have been in the top four in three consecutive seasons since 2010-13.
