Kam and Wen Advance in Ivy League Individual Championships

NEW HAVEN, Conn.- The Tigers pushed ahead on the second day of the Ivy League Individual Championships.
Alan Kam and Evan Wen advanced to the doubles finals with wins over Yale's Petar Teodorovic and Jack McCarthy and Harvard's Valdemar Pape and Mitchell Lee (HAR).
The pair also advanced to the singles quarterfinals. Kam defeated Jason Shuler (YALE) 7-5, 6-4. Wen came out on top against Renaud Lefevre (YALE) 5-7, 6-3, 7-6(2).
The Tigers will conclude play on the final day of the tournament on Sunday, Oct. 26. The doubles final is set for 10:00 AM and singles are set for 1:30 PM. The winners of singles and doubles will earn a spot in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Masters Tournament.
