Men's Swimming and Diving Sweeps Penn and Cornell at Tri-Meet

PHILADELPHIA, PA. – The Princeton men's swimming and diving team competed in a tri-meet with Penn and Cornell on Saturday at Drexel Pool, defeating Penn 177-122 and Cornell 163-137.
Aidan Wang swept the 1m and 3m dives, his fourth sweep of the events this season as he continues an undefeated streak.
The Tiger squad of Tyler Hong, Patrick Dinu, Logan Noguchi and Brett Feyerick took first place in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:26.74.
The Tigers also took first in the 400 freestyle relay, with Hong, Dinu, Feyerick and Michael Schott swimming 2:53.95.
In the 1000 freestyle, Schott swam a time of 8:55.69 for first place, out-swimming the other runners by nearly 10 seconds. He also took second in the 100 butterfly, with a mark of 47.15.
Parker Lenoce took second in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:37.25, while Noguchi took second in the 100 backstroke with a mark of 49.60.
Hong won the 200 butterfly and the 200 backstroke, swimming times of 1:43.91 and 1:43.48 respectively.
Dinu won the 100 freestyle, clocking in at 43.77. He also took second in the 50 freestyle with a time of 20.36.
Andrew Zou took third in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:58.35.

The Tigers will return home to DeNunzio Pool for the annual Big Al Invitational on December 6th through 8th. Princeton will also compete in the USA Diving Winter Nationals on Dec. 2-11.
