Women's Rowing Finishes Up Fall With Princeton Chase

PRINCETON – The Princeton Women's Rowing Team finished up a great day on Lake Carnegie, racing in the Princeton Chase.
The Princeton Women's 8+ A Boat took the top time in its event in the morning, collecting a 13:49.54, nine seconds in front of Rutgers. The B entry was seventh (14:16.15) while the C entry was 13th among 68 boats (14:28.61).
In the afternoon session, the A boat collected second place (14:58.49) behind Rutgers (14:56.1).
The Tigers' 4x rowed out to a 15:34.63, 25 seconds in front of Radcliffe (15:59.65).
Head coach Lori Dauphiny's 4+ recorded the best time among 44 boats at 15:23.69, just under a second in front of Rutgers (15:24.64). Princeton's B boat was seventh (16:04.53).
The 2X earned a 16:12.13. Princeton's two 2- boats had the top rows in its event (17:29.75, 17:47.48).
Princeton's 1x finished the action with a 19:13.78, taking down Bucknell (19:28.54).
