Olivia Duan Honored As Ivy League Women's Golfer Of The Month
November 06, 2024 | Women's Golf
Olivia Duan had a standout October during her first season of collegiate golf and the Ivy League took notice as she has been named Golfer of the Month for October. She gives the Tigers a 2-for-2 Fall in terms of Golfer of the Month selections, following up Catherine Rao who was honored in September.
Duan was second out of 78 players at the Evie Odom Invitational to begin the month, carding a -7 after rounds of 72-68-63. Her closing 63 in the final round was the lowest total in a round by a Tiger all-time. She would go on to follow that up with a +5 (71-73-74; 218) result at the Stanford Intercollegiate, finishing 36th out of 99 players in one of the toughest fields of the season so far.
