Kari Buonanno Named Ivy League Defensive Player Of The Week

Senior Kari Buonanno has been named Ivy League Defensive Player of the Week after a standout two-way performance over a pair of games in Florida for the Tigers.
On Saturday at Jacksonville, she scored three times on three shots but was even more impactful in the midfield where she totalled five ground balls to go with two caused turnovers and two draw controls.
That game followed a three-ground ball, one-assist afternoon at No. 13 Florida earlier in the week.
Buonanno and the Tigers return to Sherrerd Field on Saturday, hosting Cornell on Alumnae Day at noon.
